Answer: There are a few things that make me different from other candidates. First, I have a lot of experience working with different teams and managing projects. I’m also great at communicating with people, so I can easily build relationships with clients and coworkers. Finally, I have a strong interest in learning new things and taking on new challenges.
 
9. Tell me about a time when you experienced difficulty at work while working on a project?
Answer: The most difficult project I ever worked on was a website redevelopment project. The client had very specific and detailed requirements, and they were constantly changing their mind about what they wanted. This caused a lot of reworking, and it wasn't easy to keep the project on track. In the end, the client was happy with the final product, but it was a very stressful experience.

Answer: According to me, an ideal work environment is one that revolves around a team where the focus is on learning, working, and growing together to take the team members and the company to new heights. It is where the skills and capabilities of team members are being leveraged to grow. While I was researching your company, I found that you pay more importance to teamwork and that was something which impressed me. I believe that I can work better in an encouraging environment.

Answer: Learning new things and the feeling of satisfaction that comes while solving a problem drives me to do my best in my job. I love challenges as they push me to do more. I believe that learning should never end and the day we stop learning is the day we get stagnant and this thought always motivates me to learn something new. Looking at the job description, I know that this job will provide me the motivation to keep things going.

Answer: I am planning to be in this company for a very long time as long as I am being valued and respected for my work and as long as the management sees me as an asset.

Answer: I believe that it is always better to be good and deliver on time. Time is money to the organization. If we are good and on time, then there is always room for improvement and enhancements. But if we deliver it late, then no amount of perfection can make up for the time lost.
15. What is more important to you: the money or the work?
Answer: Money is always important, but the work is most important for me.
 
16. What does success mean to you?
Answer: If I put a smile on someone face and make him happy, it is a success for me.
 
17. What is the difference between confidence and overconfidence?
Confidence is based on facts and knowledge, and overconfidence is based on speculation. confidence is an internal belief that I am a right person for this job and overconfidence is thought that I am only the right person for this job.
 
 
18. What is the difference between smart work and hard work?
The difference between smart work and hard work are as follows:
Smart work and hard work are related to each other. Without being a hard worker, we can't be a smart worker. Smart work comes from the hard work. That means everyone has to specialize in his work to become a smart worker. So, all of us have to do hard work to achieve smart work.
So hard work increases your accuracy, and smart work increases accuracy as well as efficiency.
 
19. Just imagine that you have enough money to retire right now. Would you?
No sir, I don't think so. I am a professional, and I love my work, so there is no question to leave my work. Yes, it may be that I would take a break to spend quality time with my family.
 
20. How do you handle stress, pressure, and anxiety?
I believe in working in a planned way and finishing my work regularly. I always react to situations, rather than to stress. In this way, I handle the situation and don't take the stress.
 
21. What is the disappointment in your life?
Answer: Sir, I don't feel that I have faced such type of situation.
 
22. What was the most difficult decision you have made in your past life?
Answer: After completing my graduation, the toughest decision is whether to go for higher studies or do a job. Then I chose the job because getting trained is better than educated and it was also the demand of that time.
 
23. What gets you up in the morning?
It is my promise that gets up me in the morning. My promise is to learn something new and someone in need. It provides me the satisfaction that I am making a difference in someone life.
 
24. Explain the difference between group and team?
The difference between group and team are as follows:
 
There is only one difference between the group and the team. That is unity. Any set of people who stand together without any purpose or goal can be called as Group.
 Whereas, when more than 2 people work towards a common goal, can be called as a Team.
For example: If you assign work to a group, then the work will be divided between the members and each member will work out their part, without any coordination with the other members of the group. On the other hand, if you assign a project to a team, they will collectively take the responsibility and work together with the goal to achieve the desired result. In a team, the members will cooperate and coordinate with each other at all times.

25. What will you do if you don't get this position?
Answer:
If I don't get this job, I will use this experience to reflect my weakness and try my best to improve on them for the future opportunities along the way.

Success refers to the accomplishment of an aim or purpose.

Ans: I would like to rate myself an 8. 8 because I know that I am not perfect and there is always a scope for learning and improvement. Continuous learning is the most fundamental part of personal and professional growth.

31. What is your biggest achievement so far?

Sample answer:
I have achieved several milestones to date in my career as a Web Designer. The most recent one is of the time when we were working on a critical component of a product pertaining to customer payments. We were working round the clock for around 2 months and I was a core developer. I was made a lead to this component for completing the task in another 2 months.
To meet the deadline, we ensured that we upskilled ourselves to learn all the aspects of the development of this module and also brought in a few more resources to complete it faster. Post the deployment, I trained our team to support the platform proficiently. Ultimately, we could complete the product well in advance of the deadline. When the product was launched, the higher management was super proud of us and our team was awarded for our outstanding performance in the quarterly town hall. It was a very proud moment for me.

32. How do you deal with criticism?

Sample answer:
I am always enthusiastic about learning new things and during the process, I might tend to make mistakes. If someone provides me with constructive criticism, I am always open to it and I will work on correcting myself and learn from my mistakes. This would help me grow and move forward. If the feedback is negative, then I am mature enough to ignore the feedback and continue working on doing my job to the best of my capabilities without dampening my spirit.
